  Very unprofessional staff.
  Went there and waited for 65 minutes for my turn to see one of the executive to open a new account.
  "Oh! You have to make an appointment for some other day for that."
  The only thing I could not understand till today is that when these organisations advertise for the vacanvies available, the list of requirements in a candidate is longer than the clauses in law book. But none of the list has got anywhere saying, "the main thing we are looking in a person applying for the job is COMMON SENSE".
