  I hate that this is my local post office and that all of my parcels get directed here when I'm not home. They're a pain to deal with and I cringe at the thought of having to come in to collect things. Most of the women at the counter have terrible communication skills, they're also consistently rude and painfully unhelpful.
  
  If it weren't for the fact that I have to collect my parcels here, I would never come to this post office.

  I am doing own online business and have been many post office in Melboune. I can confidently say this office provide worst service ever.
  Staff are too rude and they made me feel worse whole day.
